Built by Wheelscape and opened in 2011, Woodford Park skatepark in Woodley is a simple back and forth concrete skatepark but with a nice set of obstacles and a well planned layout. It is primarily street focused with some small transitions at either end.
On one side of the skatepark is a flat bank with a small extension and opposite to this is a small quarter pipe with vert extension. In between these two ends is a plaza style street section featuring a stair set, staggered ledges, hubba and a flat bank and along side this is an up and down rail.
This is a nice local park and a great place to come and practise the basics or for a game of skate with friends, however if you are after a more challenging skate check out some of the other parks in the area.
