Coombe Road Skatepark (Penzance)
Coombe Road skatepark in Penzance is a medium sized all concrete park which is mainly transition focused with a few street elements thrown into the mix.
The main feature of this skatepark is the large bowl. It is a fairly unique shape with varying depths and has an open flat bottomed section, a tighter rectangular section and a speed bowl in the far corner. There is also a roll in leading into the middle which doubles as a volcano spine in the middle and a pump bump at the end and opposite this is a wide extension.
Adjacent to the bowl is the smaller street section that comprises of a shallow open sided bowl with two flat banks leading perpendicularly off the side with a rail and a ledge at the top.
Coombe Road skatepark is a nice local park but the main atraction here is the large bowl section as the street section is slightly lacking. You could spend a lot of time pumping around the bowl hitting all of the lines with out having to push at all but if you are after more of a street session then check out the other skatepark in Penzance.
