Bishop Auckland Skatepark
Bishop Auckland skatepark is an all concrete park that has both street and transition elements and can be found in the large park next to the station.
The skatepark starts on one side with a hipped quarter pipe and leading on from one side is a driveway with hubba and rail and the other is a big up and down kicker iwht a hubba and hipped brick bank. The back side is then propped up with a series of flat banks and quarter pipes that lead into a mini ramp witha small extension on one side.
Bishop Auckand is a great local park with an unusual selection of obstacles arranged in a very creative way. There are a lot of lines here and bumps in all the right places to pump along all day without having to push because the surfaces are smooth and fast. You should definitely check out this skatepark if you are in the area.
