Paignton Skatepark
Paignton skatepark is an all concrete park built by Maverick Industries and opened in 2011. The surafaces are super smooth and it features both transitions and a street section as well.
The back side of the skatepark starts the course with a large, deep oval bowl with an open side that opens out into the main body of the park. Here the course is split into two paths, one has a volcano with hipped side, a pyramid and a pump bump that finishes with a flat bank. The other path starts with another pump bump and has an up and down kicker next to a kicker gap with a hubba, the course then finishes with the same flatbank as the other. This flat bank leads up to the next level up and has a rail, euro gap, ledge and a taco and the top level then features a cornered stair set.
This is a great local park with a creative layout which has something for all types of rider or all abilities. It is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area whether you are a beginner or more experienced.
