Crowborough Skatepark
Crowborough skatepark was designed and built by Wheelscape, opening in 2011. It is a small all concrete park with a transition section and a street section and can be found in Jarvis Brook recreation ground.
The street course starts on one side with a flat bank which opens up onto an up and down kicker with a hubba and manny pad either side and adjacent to this is is a hipped flat bank. The street run then finishes with a quarter pipe that is extended around into a rectangular bowl that has a open side opening onto the street run which has a small extension.
Crowborough skatepark is a great local spot with a basic selection of obstacles but with a creative arrangement given the selection. It is a great place to come and practise the basics or even if you are a more experienced skater wanting to fine tune those harder tricks.
