Woodingdean Skatepark

Woodingdean skatepark was opened by Freestyle in June 2012 and is a simple park but with a nice layout.

It features an open sided bowl with coping, with the open side leading straight into the street section. The street section is back and forth based and has two main sections, one with a bank leading up to a mini ramp with a grind rail down the bank. The other with a ledge leading to a rail leading up to another mini ramp on flat ground this time. There is also a third section with more of a transition focus featuring a mini ramp facign a bank with a hip in between the two to get some air.

Woodingdean is a great local park with some basic obstacles which are well laid out, you could easily spend an afternoon here but if your visiting Brighton for the skate scene head down to The Level for a much more challenging skate.
