Atherton Skatepark

Atherton skatepark is an all concrete course on the edge of town made up of a series of transition and street elements. The surfaces are smooth and grippy and the course is not too cramped.

Each corner of the skatepark is propped up with a decent feature consisting of a large vert wall and a line of flat banks with an extension inset and a quarter pipe on one side and a mini ramp with flat banks leading off the platforms on the other. In the middle of the park is a jump box, a series of staggered ledges and a fun box with a rail and hubba.

This is a nice local park but the layout is not the most original. However the concrete surface makes up for this and it is worth checking out if you are in the area.
