Hyde Skatepark

Hyde skatepark is a small and simple all concrete park made up of street and transition elements separated into two halves.

On one side is the street section that is flanked on either side with flat banks and quarter pipes which enclose a driveway lined with a hubba and with a rail running down the middle. The transitions side has two back to back mini ramps forming a spine between them with the sides opening up into the street section.

This is a nice local park but the lack of originality means that people after a more challenging skate may have to go elsewhere, however it is a great place to come for a warm up of to practise the basics.
