Rainham Plaza is situated in the playing fields next to Brittons Academy and is a huge all concrete multi level plaza that was opened in 2009. It features something for everyone of all abilities with a heavy street focus.
On one side of the park is a long kinked mini ramp with a small vert extension on one side, the back of which opens up onto the beginning of two runs. On one side is a more simple, flatter course that starts with a flat bank with ledge that opens up to a manny pad with rail and small stair set with hubba further up. The run finishes with a bowled area with extension and a brick bank and a pyramid.
The other run that leads off the back of the mini ramp starts out with a flat section and leads up to a kicker with gap that comes down with a flat bank, next to a a series of stair sets with a hubba and a rail running down the middle. This run then finishes with the pyramid and the final section.
Rainham Plaza is a great outdoor skatepark with a really creative layout that is set up in a loop that you could flow around all day hitting every single line. The obstacles here are great beacuse they will challenge both beginners and experienced riders, making it perfect for an all day session.
