Stowmarket Skatepark
Stowmarket skatepark was designed and built by Gravity and opened in 2011. It is an all concrete park featuring mainly transitions and can be found in the recreation ground.
The skatepark starts on one side with a speed bowl that is hipped and open sided opening up onto the main body of the skatepark. The sides of the bowl are extended to form the bowled edges that enclose the skatepark and are set at differing heights, with an old school pool extension. Inside is a pyramid with a rail on top and following this is a flat bank with hubba, rail and euro gap leading up to the return ramp.
Stowmarket skatepark is a nice local spot, that has some nice transitions and basic street selection. The surfaces are also smooth and fast, making it great to practise the basics.

Stowmarket train station: Exit the bus onto Station Road East and follow the road west continuing as it turns into Finborough Road. Eventually the recreation ground will be on your right and here is where Stowmarket skatepark can be found.
Recreation Ground bus stop: Exit the bus and Stowmarket skatepark will be in sight.
