Hedworthfield Skatepark
Hedworthfield skatepark was designed and built by Wheelscape, opening in 2012. It is an all concrete park that can be found next to the school and is a transitions based park.
The skatepark has two quarter pipes on either side that face each other, one with a small extension, that bookend the main body of the skatepark. In between these are a spine, jump box with hipped side and a double roll over next to that.
Hedworthfield skatepark is a small and simple course that is great for transition skaters. The ramps are well sized and spaced and the surfaces are smooth, making it a good spot for all abilities.
