Alan Higgs Skatepark (Coventry)
Alan Higgs skatepark is a large all concrete park that can be found in the Alan Higgs Centre. It is primarily a transitions park but does have some street obstacles mixed in.
The skatepark is made up of two large, open sided bowls that area back to back with each other forming a spine. Leading off each end of the quarter pipes here are two flat banks that are also facing each other and in between them is a driveway with a hubba forming a back and forth run.
Alan Higgs skatepark is a nice local spot, especially if you are a transitions skater. The surfaces are smooth and there is a lot of space between the ramps giving you a lot of time to adjust between tricks. If you are in the area you shoudl definitely get yourself down here and check it out.
