Crawley Freestyle Skatepark

Crawley Freestyle skatepark is a huge all concrete skatepark that can be found in Southgate Park and it contains a mixture of transitions and street obstacles.

The transitions section of the park is made up of two huge bowls, one shallower than the other. They are both very open and the shallower one has a pump bump in the middle and a hipped bank on one side as well as a flat bank with extension and a spine into the other bowl. This bowl is deeper and features an internal spine, extension & an oververt, and it is split into three main sections. The surfaces are super smooth and there are a lot of little corners and bumps to pump around all day without having to push once.

The street section here runs along the bottom side of the bowls and starts with a hipped bank that opens up onto a large driveway with a long rail, hubba and manny pad. Following this is a small bowled area with a flat bank, manny pad and ledge in the middle.

Crawley Freestyle skatepark is a great local spot that draws people from all over to come and ride the lines. The lines here are long, flowing and endless with a lot of transfer potential too. This is a great place for beginners and experienced skaters to come whether you are learning the basics or mastering the lines.
