Bradford Skatepark
Bradford skatepark was designed and built by Wheelscape and opened in 2012. It is an all concrete park that can be found in the Idle recreation ground and features a mixture of street and transitions.
The skatepark starts on one side with a flat bank with extension and quarter pipe inset. This opens up onto a raised level with hipped banks surrounding it and a hubba and rail leading up with an extension and rail on top, and next to this is a manny pad and rail as well. Following this is a kinked quarter pipe for a return ramp that is spined with a mini ramp that has a small extension.
Bradford skatepark is a nice local park that has a bit of everything. The obstacles are well sized & spaced and arranged in a way to make good use of the space. It is a good place to come for beginners and experienced skaters alike.
